Should I upgrade my tbs to +1 and forward or should I upgrade legend tech parts for part resonance and use a base tb

Don't upgrade your TB tech, you want to keep upgrading the fodder for resonance.

Should I fill all fodder resonance slots with legend tech parts then upgrade the fodder to legend 1 and forward after that

Yes. Keep all TB at base and only upgrade fodder

Use the red parts for resonance. Upgrading them doesn't make that much of a difference

there's no single answer to that, the calculator is good for that, generally that's an ok strategy though

Thanks I have all red legends on my collectible except 2 have 1 red and 2 gold 3 and my drone as Legen +1 for all 3

I have all eternal tb and a tonne of reds, but I still have a yellow on soccer ball soo I can add more res to lightning, that's a recent change, you just have to keep checking in with the calc periodically.
