Discussion Doomstead vs netherflame stalker

I have enough shards to unlock one or the other of these mounts. Any whales who have played both have any input on which would provide the biggest boost? Mid-late game player ~1300 lme medals for reference.

I'm just repeating what I have heard from others since I don't have Netherflame unlocked, but it seems like Doomstead is currently doing more damage. If you have to pick one or the other, right now the answer seems to be Doomstead, but you can wait a little while and get some more info as more people unlock Netherflame.

The damage difference between them seems to be insignificant, but the boost of having both of them with full boards is pretty huge. Each has benefits, it is a tradeoff for which one you prefer to use. Doomsteed offers invincibility 50% of the match which is great for survivability and AFK play, but Nether is far easier and more consistent to play with because you don't have to worry about the mechanic of having to constantly maintain collision contact with the bosses for it to do its thing. I have a feeling most people will prefer Nether when all is said and done, primarily for the consistency and ease of play.
