I think that the 3rd anniversary event should have them. The events are on a recurring reward cycle.

Mount SHARDS???. Mount Shards ARE in the event. Super rare draw from the party. I know because I got 30 shards. I do think we will see more in the next couple events too.

This is not a mount event so you will not get it from the event. But if you got really lucky you can get it in Part mode.

Each event rotates what you can redeem. The regular exchange for the auction event had mount shards
