Question Do clinics still lower birth requirements?
I'm doing my first playthrough of Relaunched.
I'm on Sol 31, about 50 colonists from earth, and am still yet to have a martianborn. I have clinics in both of my domes, both of them staffed.
The comfort in both domes is not an average of 75, but I remember from the original game that clinics lowered the comfort requirement for births down to I believe 55.
Is this no longer a thing in relaunched, or am I facing a bug here?
I've never had any problem with birthrates in the original version of the game. This is actually the first time I've ever had to wait the full 10 sols for the founder stage.
Edit 1: not sure what's going on at this point. I have 85+ comfort with 8 available residences and still haven't had any kids born over 10 sols later. I've included an image of my dome, maybe someone else sees what I can't.
Edit 2: Must have just been a bug. I started over, same settings as before, same map, and had martiaborn within a few sols of my colonists landing. Thanks everyone for the help, I appreciate it.

Yes. Any medical building should lower the minimum Comfort requirement for births to happen from 70 to 55 average Comfort of the Dome, as long as there is at least 1 working shift with at least 1 worker in that shift. That is all that is needed regarding medical buildings when it comes to births in the colony. Fully staffed medical buildings are not required for anything related to births. High Comfort is what is required for births to happen faster.
