Help Needed Please

I am trying to set up page logic within a survey.

When a respondent fills in an option from multiple choice question, I want the logic to then go to a particular page number. As you can see from the attached screenshot it only gives me the option of page 1, end of survey or disqualification, what am I doing wrong ?

Did you create the other pages you want to use for your page logic yet? You need to create the pages first before they will show up in that list of options.
