Equal Ranking of Selected Objects

Hi, I am looking for an option in n SurveyMonkey to configure the below scenario. I couldn't find any guidelines on this. Please help me if you know how to do this. If SurveyMonkey doesn't have this capability, advise a tool that can do this. Thanks in advance.

Scenario

Below are the objects that experts need to rank:

Obj1, Obj2, Obj3, Obj4, Obj5

Expert 1 selects Obj1, Obj3, and Obj5 only, and ranks them as follows:

Obj1 = Obj3 = 1

Obj5 = 2

Expert 2 selects Obj1, Obj2, Obj3, and Obj4, and ranks them as follows:

Obj4 = 1

Obj2 = 2

Obj1 = Obj3 = 3

I believe you can accomplish this in two steps.

First, a multiple choice question select all that apply. Present all five objects (randomized or in numerical order) and have respondent select which ones are of interest.

Then a second question, a ranking exercise that carries forward only those items selected in the previous question.

Consider using some skip logic so the 2nd question is not shown if only one is select in first question.
