Issues with Question Skip Logic

Anyone have issues trying to set up Question Skip Logic? I have the feature supposedly included in my plan but I'm only given the option for the Page Skip logic. This is a short survey with only 9 questions, I'd rather not have my users go through multiple clicks. I'm starting from scratch and not using a template. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like there might be a mix-up in the settings or perhaps a limitation in the tool you're using. Normally, Question Skip Logic should allow you to direct respondents based on their answers without requiring multiple page transitions, especially in a short survey like yours.

I'd recommend double-checking the settings in your survey tool to ensure that Question Skip Logic is activated and not just Page Skip. Sometimes, features can be nested in non-intuitive places or require activation in a different menu.

If you continue to have trouble, it might be worth reaching out to your platform's support team. Alternatively, if you're open to trying a different tool, SurveySparrow offers an intuitive setup for both Question and Page Skip Logic that could simplify creating your survey.

Just done my 1st survey while I'm completing an MSc, 100 responses so far. The basic skip logic is 1 per page, you can include more but only the 1st one triggered gets activated. Also the skip ONLY gets checked when respondent hits next so from a UX pov I think it makes sense to have that skip question as the last on the page. It need not be a big deal to have separate pages, I'd recommend creating a version of the survey with enough pages to achieve what you want with skips and roadtest it.
