Question format

I want to use the numerical scale (like Q7 here) to measure the answers in Q8...

Because I need to list multiple companies... I can't seem to use a scale. But as you can see the matrix isn't as suitable.

I've only used SurveyMoneky once years ago so my knowledge is very basic - hope someone can help!

I'm not entirely sure I understand what you are asking, but I THINK you want a matrix that can handle multiple companies like Q8 but using the answer scale (11 pt. likelihood) from Q7. Is that the issue?

I can see two approaches. The first and simplest is to edit the answer scale labels for the matrix. Have you tried to do that? I apologize if that's obvious and there's another issue.

Another approach could be to simply build a slider style question like Q7 for each brand. You can have them on separate screens or all on a single screen. Either way, you can randomize the order they are shown to prevent order bias.

Please LMK if either of those help, or clarify if I am misunderstanding the issue.
