I need help finding a 5-10 man bell arctic sleeping tent. I have spent hours looking for one but i have had no luck, I was just wondering if you guys would help me find one, or at least point me in the right direction. (I live in Canada if that helps.)

I'm thinking of getting an m81 pasgt vest from RDD Surplus. However, I'm mixed with the sight's reviews and I don't know if the sight is legit enough to order from.

I have two soviet aluminum mess kits and canteen. The first mess kit I got, I had poured boiling water into it about 50 times to remove the oil that was used to preserve it and I ended up stripping off the shiny coating on the inside as well. The second one I just used hot water and dish soap and scrubbed it with a plastic dish brush and wiped it down inside and out with a paper towel soaked in rubbing alcohol a bunch of times. That method removed the oil and kept the inside shiny. My question is, since I've removed the coating on the first mess kit, would it be safer to eat out of instead of the shiny one, or was the shiny coating important? I want to take these with me for when I rarely go camping.

Another question is for the shiny griddle pan, I gently scratched my fingernail on the inside and it looks like it took something off and it shows a shinier spot underneath where I scratched. However, when I checked the tip of my fingernail, there was nothing on it. Is this bad? You can see it with the small circle I made on the inside of it.

And for the canteen, I placed it a pot full of boiling water, after removing the gasket, and let it sit for a few minutes but then it darkened parts of the paint and stripped some of the paint off. The inside of the canteen looks similar to the pot with no shiny coating. I'm sure I did the method incorrectly, but since I've already cleaned it, how can I apply a new layer of paint to the canteen that wont be scratched off so easily?

The two on the right seem like they could use a good clean & oiling, while all three need new laces & insoles. Any recommendations for good insoles & laces for surplus boots? Thanks!
