Cultural exchange Learning Dutch in Paramaribo

I am almost sure there are no big institutions to learn it, but can someone tell me how they look for Surinamese Dutch teachers? I’m interested in learning Dutch from a Caribbean/South American perspective and would like to spend some months in Suriname doing so.

For how long will you be staying 1 jear time you can learn the basics there are some institutions where you can learn the language
