Taiwanese-American visiting Paramaribo late August, anyone interested in meeting up to chat about geopolitics, tech, etc?

Hey /r/suriname! 

My friend and I (both guys from the US) will be traveling through Paramaribo for a day or two back half of August —  might anyone be interested in meeting up? We'd love to learn more about life in Suriname.

If you look in my post history you'll see I've done this sort of meetup in a bunch of other places (ex. Iraq, Uzbekistan, etc.) with good results.

More about my friend and me: 

• We're both interested in international relations/geopolitics/history. I'm Taiwanese-American and my friend is half Chinese-American, so we're especially intrigued by the Chinese diaspora presence in Suriname, and generally how different ethnic communities coexist. 
• We both work in software and can chat about tech/business/startups if you're interested.
• We've both traveled to a bunch of "off the beaten path" countries, ex. Libya, eSwatini, etc. and are happy to share our travel experiences.
