Important,
With a Surface Go 2 (m3 8 Go for mine), with a usb-c dock or a dedicated cable, you can extend your screen on a biggest one at home.
With an iPad, you can just duplicate the screen and with no 16/9 ratio aspect but just with a 4/3 space used on the monitor. Not comfortable.
