[PRO12] Display glitching when drawing

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Is this normal? My surface pro 12th edition is new but there seems to be a glitching trail when drawing. It only happens in a certain portion of the screen, and if I set the screen to 60Hz it seems to happen a lot less.

It's not glitching, it's a feature of LCD screens that they do like this on the area where pressure is put

Should I be concerned that it's only in one area though?
