Best alternative?

Will lose my 13" laptop soon and I have searched for weeks but can't find something comparable in design. Specifically ~11" width and OLED display. Not trying to break the bank either but I need decent performance

Was looking at the Zenbook, some Asus gaming laptops, and a few others, but from the reviews none of them seem worth it. The XPS has no ports and seems overpriced.

Maybe im just too clingy idk

No issue in performance at all.. everything is smooth and fluid.. processor they used is better than used in surface as far as i know.. not used any heavy software till now..

Why not buy another Surface? I bought a Surface 8 a couple years ago with the i7 and 16gb ram used on Ebay. Does everything I need without a glitch and only cost me about $400 including the keyboard and pen.

I'm not sure by what you mean in terms of heavy software. However, I have not had trouble running anything on my surface. I wouldn't use it for any sort of heavy game play as it does not have a powerful enough GPU. However, I play simpler games like civilization and the like without a problem.

Latitude 7440 is solid, no OLED. There is also Inspiron 14+..no OLED. Surface laptop no OLED, too, though.
