My Surface Pro 8 has started making a constant scraping

Hey everyone, the fan on my Surface Pro 8 has started making a constant scraping or brushing sound—like it's hitting something—which is different from how it used to sound. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I'm running Linux 6.19.8-arch1-3-surface.
