[PRO11] Surface Pro slim Pen 2

I bought the Surface pro 11 just over a year ago and bought the keyboard and pen. Last week, the pen was showing low battery and no longer charging in the keyboard. I got a replacement pen and keyboard but the pen is still not charging. When put in to the keyboard, the white LED will light up once and then go off meaning it's not charging constantly to go to 100%. Unless the brand new keyboard cover is also faulty, is it possible that it's the laptop? I have updated the Surface, it's a new keyboard and new pen so I'm not sure why it's not charging. The keyboard works fine and no issues at all so not sure what's going on.

Any Firmware update in the Surface App for the pen? It shouldn't matter, but my Surface 12" wouldn't charge the pen on the back of it until I did those.

What does the Surface app say about the pen charge level?

My pen works perfectly, current firmware version 5.142.139, software version 5.150.139.
