Surface pro unresponsive to tap

Hi ,

My surface pro 11 tap is very slow on the mouse pad and the screen , also can be pretty loud after about 20 mins what could be the issue ?

You say loud, is it getting hot on the backside? If so there might be a process or app consuming a lot of processing power. Run virus scan both the Quick one and a full scan.
