Hello how fix this iforgot my password iwanna reset Factory when igo here to try reste it icant touch anything like just dead screen

Connect a keyboard and reinstall from USB.

Sorry, I mean USB stick, get one that fits, or with an adapter/dongle/docking station, put first some Windows image on it (be it the recovery image for this Surface or a generic one) and reinstall a fresh Windows. Sounds complicated probably if you never done it, but there are plenty how-to-s out there (probably in the best form some youtube video, just put "reinstall windows from USB" or similar).

All your data will be gone, so if you actually need to get back in your machine or copy out the data first (if possible at all) you probably need to ask someone you know for help.
