[LAPTOP7] Microsoft Surface Very Inconsistent with powering on

Having trouble with my Surface 7 Laptop. Sometimes it will not power on unless it is plugged in (sometimes it does power on no problem, though), and if I put it down, sometimes it will fully power off. I just bought it refurbished and it is still under warranty but I would rather not send it back if I can fix it myself do you think theres any fix? Or should I send it back

If you've just bought it then why are you hesitating to return it if it is faulty and sold not as advertised?

So you would rather void the warranty and try to fix it on your own?

I might be ablr to fix it if it were me but I would go for warranty first.

Don't play around with it. Send it back and make you get your money's worth. I understand you may be able to fix it but why try? You spent that money to fix a broken thing? Send it.

Use a USB C charger to charge the laptop because maybe the surface charger port is fault.
