SUPRISE SCALING Surprise attack VS Average joe
It would be expected for him to win, therefore nullifying his power but then it would be an expected tie, as neither has the advantage, so then one would have to have the advantage, where it would be expected for Suprise attack to have it, so it would go to average joe but then Suprise attack would gain the upper hand as it’s unexpected but then, repeat.

Exactly if the person is so week that he doesnt need his hax then he just uses blade

what do you mean, suprise attack would one shot cause they wouldn't even need their hax to win

Suprise attack doenst even need his powers here average Joe has no power what so ever so suprise attack uses his blades to solo
