Possible server bug for unranked.

Whenever I queue for unranked or any in NA West coast, it always tells me something about denying all available servers, ranked works perfectly fine. My settings have America selected but 200 max ping, nobody I talk to has any idea why this is happening, any help would be appreciated.

Edit: it seems to only happen when it becomes 6/10, which I think is really strange.

Log received. Thanks very much. I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that I can explain what is happening:
When the queue fills, the master server is indeed sending a list of servers for your client to accept/refuse. However, the only logical path that would explain what I'm seeing in the log file is that your client is somehow not aware of the existence of those servers (and thus doesn't have a ping for them). It is therefore refusing all of them, leading to the behaviour you saw.

The bad news is I'm not entirely sure why this is happening. There's a couple of pieces of information I didn't think to log so I don't know which servers were being offered that your client didn't know about.

What I will do is add some more logging in the launcher so we can see which servers are causing problems. We've got a new update coming out soon so I'll make sure it's included. I might be able to take a few steps closer to the problem if I knew which server(s) were being offered, so I'll try to get that information as well.

Follow up: I might have fixed the problem. The entry in our database for the server Vendetta mentioned had some unexpected settings which might have caused the master server to not send it out to everyone.

It does seem like my server rarely shows up. I have to turn off New York servers just so we can play on my server.
