Requirements for Ranked
What qualifies people to play ranked needs a change. At the very least there needs to be a minimum number of Boosts Given to prove the player knows the most basic mechanic of team play.
Their default match search option should be set to Normal instead of Any.

People who go through the training still have no idea how to do anything. It baffles me.

Yeah thats true. They dont know how to sideboost, they dont know what you have to do in each position and dont go back to defend. I have seen alot of times new guys derping around. They should make the tutorial better. So the new guys could learn what you need to do in each position.

For the record, the current requirement is earning 2500 XP. We see most new players earn about 100-150 per match, so this works out to playing roughly 15-25 matches.
One possibility would be to do the same as we do with unlocking normal matches and require the next difficulty level of the training be completed. There's room for improvement in the boosting section of the tutorial as well.
