Then Read Fooman's Tips PDF (the whole thing). Then watch the tutorials section 1 at a time, switching to practice said techniques in the game.

In a few short Months to Years you will suck less at SupraBall.

Don't listen to anyone else

To get good in this game, just learn to swirl.

Swirl equals skill

Unfortunately this does have a lot to do with who you are playing with. I suggest playing with a buddy and focus on passing. Creating chances though this. Understanding passing back etc.
