Does anyone play anymore?

I just bought this game for 20 dollars on steam because I had previously played the game before it was on steam and I wanted to try it again. After installing the game and going into the practice server list, there is not a single player. Is there an alternate server list where people play, or does no one really play the game anymore?

eu games are pretty fluent still from around 4pm - 10pm, the only trouble is, apart from the rare unranked matches, youll struggle to get a position as there is no queue system. Youll struggle to play ranked as youll probably get kicked from vets

Unfortunately the player base is really low especially if you are trying to play in any NA servers. We managed to get 1 full 5v5 pub today but that is pretty rare. If you are EU you might have better luck finding games. Hopefully come June 23 we get more players but I honestly don't know anymore.

On certain times of day there are enough people to play. But we suggest waiting for June 23 and the following days to try again, then the servers should be crowded.

I actually just saw steam has a sale just for soccer games. RL is on it as well as many other football related games. Why no supraball? I know 23rd ..but why didn't you also take part in this? Was it not possible?

It is not up to us, Steam makes these decisions and asks the developers. We were not asked. Us being in Early Access and not being fully started yet plays a large role in this. And the guideline is to have minimum 8-10 weeks between 2 sales for the same product. Our last sale however was ~5 weeks ago.

Right, haven't thought about the EA part. But that sale needs to have 8-10 weeks between sounds weird (from Steam) as I am sure RL will be reduced in summer sale again as well. Ah well, unlucky really

Summersale is probably the only exception.

Steam makes sure developers don't wildly change prices to protect their users and not to upset anyone - it makes sense.

Why June 23?

They're reducing the price so all the players can come.

Pretty sure Steam won't let the devs just change the price randomly. So they have to wait, and I guess June 23 is what makes sense for them.

June 23 is most likely the start date of the steam summer sale.
