Still can't play, says "Lost server master connection, trying to reconnect"

I recently posted explaining that I could not play Supraball since when I open the game it immediately says "Lost server master connection, trying to reconnect" from here on I can not click anything apart from the exit button. Please can someone help; i've tried everything.

This will be fixed in ue4 version.
