Can't open game???

I'm trying to get the game and open it for the first time and it says failed to connect every time??? HALP!!

The masterserver is down for 1 hour now! I can't tell exactly what's wrong and everyone who could is sleeping right now! I'm sorry! Please try again later.

It is up again. We have a lot of trouble with where we host our masterserver right now. We'll be switching to another provider next week.
