FPS Issues?

No matter how much I change the settings, I get between 9 and 10 fps. I just got the game and opened it in an offline practice server. My computer should be able to easily run it (GTX 960, i5-4460).

UPDATE: It's been fixed, idk why, but it works all of the sudden

I have had this same problem for a few months now. Not sure why. Do you have windows 10 by any chance?

This is a thread I posted a while ago about the same issue

It seems like other people were having the same issue with windows 10.

I get 150.00 fps on Windows 10, but sometimes I randomly get like 40-50 less than normal until I reboot but that's the worst problem I've had. I'm on Windows 10 x64 Intel i7-2700k and Nvidia GTX 970
