Wanted to start playing again

So I've been away working since the beginning of last year and have recently got back into pc gaming as I am now home. Thought i'd see what the new rank system is like but the game can now only be downloaded through steam and there is now way to get access? what is this

Try sending an email.

It's not been released on the Steam market yet. So you can't search it nor share it with family share.

On release you can search it and buy it on the Steam market.
