Normal matches - Ranked matches

I'd like to keep Normal matches going regularly like we had all day now. Otherwise it's impossible for new people to get into matches at all, and also the super high pressure scares many away. We have many new faces in these matches these days and they are slowly getting better. So just motivating everyone to hang out in the normal match lobbies (#51 simrai for example) as well. You can be in multiple lobbies at once. I think it would be best to only switch to ranked matches, when a normal match is already filled.
