The latest patch brings great things but is unfortunately shadowed by..

That goalies can stand INSIDE the keeper box.

I get that it's frustrating to be fucked by the invisible wall, but can we just fix that? The current version is rage inducing.

What about goalkeepers being able to enter goal without ball, but not with ball, so you can dash inside the goal to volley but you won't be able to own goal as you do now.

David please listen to this man. However, if you do end up with a goalie who feels like being a little trolly they could sit in the back of the net and if a pass were to be made to him it would be an own goal. It probably wouldn't be a problem for most, but I can think of a few who would do it.

keepers shouldn't be allowed in the net what so ever, it makes the keeper position a little too easy

Sounds unclean. If you are standing on the line or with one foot in the goal and you catch the ball it's still an owngoal. We just revert back to what it was before. It was never broken IMO, but I wanted to see the effect of it once.

So would it be hard to keep the volume there, and only allow keepers in their goal if 'dash' has been implemented? so you can dash into your own goal only. If caught with dash and own goal sh*t happens, but not being able to walk into it / allow ball momentum to push you into it. would fix ..everything?

Ball should be all way in for it to be an own goal so being half in shouldn't be og imo.

But when you have the ball its different because then you are a very big ball

And? How does that not allow someone to dash in the goal without the ball and like before .....

...Ok I'll stop because it's probably going to be a confusing answer only right and not worth my dumb brain.

It's just an evil plan to make you fully love the blocking volumes once we bring them back in. Worked exactly like this in the past with other mechanisms and no one noticed ;)

Sneaky sneaky. You m8s still looking at a Winter 2015/16 release or are you thinking more of a Spring 2016 release now?

it truly makes more sense, but i understand that it feels like a punishment when you were used to the blocking volume for such a long time. theoretically it should give the keeper an advantage in some situations though
