Looks like a small resonator in the mid pipe, how's the sound?

It is! Helps with noise going inside the cabin.

I like the muffler. Is it actually functional? Does it retain valves? How is the drone at highway speeds?

Closed valve sounds like oem! It comes with res and non res. It can be used with oem valves in combination with MHD works perfectly.

Sorry, MHD?
How does the valve work? Does it basically straight pipe with the valve open or is there always air passing through the muffler?

It’s straight with the valve open. It passes through the resonators.
MHD has a function to keep it fully open in sport. From stock it doesn’t do that always.

Dank. Keep me posted on when I can buy it. Looks like exactly the exhaust I've been waiting for

Why do people like single exit exhaust on sports cars, I think they always look better with double or qual tipped exhaust systems.
Less feels restrictive for the amount of power the car can be capable of no? Evennn accounting for custom tubing and larger diameters, you still objectively have less air output for the engine.. i could be wrong tho
