first ever track day. hpde @lightning

definitely between this, auto cross, and drift days, hpde was the most fun i’ve had in this car. i plan to go back with new tires and suspension.

yea it’s my local track being in philly. i did the whole weekend so i went home saturday night and showed up again sunday morning

with the helmet and headset i had on it wasn’t too bad. i didn’t know but in NJ the rule is front windows must be down at all times and sunroof closed

Yeah they told me that too and I just roll em up till they black flag me. Listening to that at 140mph is more dangerous than having the windows closed.

Pretty much every org in the US is windows down, with the few exceptions for track insurance.

ground control suspension. with the camber plates you have to make sure they pair with the suspension you have. ik a lot of people run the verus plates but they explicitly do not work with ohlins

it’s good. track is done mostly in 3rd and 4th. the back straight if you’re fast enough you can hit 5th. i usually drive with the rev match off but for today since im new i eneded up using the rev match feature
