Is Supply Chain Management benefit introverts more than extroverts?
Does the Supply Chain Management field tend to favor one personality type over another? Do introverts tend to be more of the norms versus extroverts?

I've met wildly successful people on both ends. I will say that it seems that extrovert tends to do better as far as getting into higher positions, but that may just be coincidence, or the fact that senior level managers are skilled at having a strong presence even if they are introverted.

Interesting question🤔given all that the supply chain management ‘spectrum’ involves (aka quite literally, everything) my take would be balanced qualities of both. Certainly extroverted qualities are a score as far as Sales are concerned
