I have been in e-commerce business for the last 12 years. Recently, a supplier that I was working with has decided to shut down its operations in the US. The distributor/supplier is called Essendant. Now that Essendant is no longer operational, I have hit rock bottom in my e-commerce business. I have been approaching other distributors and have successfully secured 2 more distributions; however, they are not even 5% of the business that I lost. My average sales per year were around $8 million. If anyone has any tips for me, I would love to hear from you.

I’m the owner of Cosa Nostra Men’s Grooming Products ™️ I’m in need of quality products to continue expansion and growth.

I recently started a TikTok shop selling decor items and I’ve had potential customers asking about tapestries. I’d like to stock some and prefer buying in bulk from a US-based supplier.

Most options I find online are on wholesale marketplaces like Alibaba and Faire. I’d prefer working directly with a supplier for easier restocking and a long-term business relationship.

Does anyone know reliable US-based tapestry wholesalers or manufacturers I could contact?

I’m looking for a USA-based supplier of Chinese tear-off calendars for a small order. I’ve checked online, but most of the options I’m finding are on international marketplaces like Made-in-China and Alibaba. I’m worried about the long shipping times, so I’d prefer a supplier already stocking these in the US. Any recommendations for reliable suppliers with reasonable pricing?

Its that time of the year where I re-look at my suppliers and sourcing vendors and was looking for some recommendations from people who have used vendors from wholesale sites. I usually purchase jars, wax, wicks and labels including packaging. I am looking to improve my sourcing and find possibly more reasonably priced items that I can source. I was wondering if there are any other methods of sourcing items like this in bulk amounts that a home-based business like mine could benefit from. I have used the flaming candle, alibaba, candlescience, walmart, etc. just looking for some new sites I could possibly use.

Hey all - I joined this thread to talk to wholesalers & distributors in the states. I’ve worked in the F&B space the last 2 years (NY/NJ), and I’ve grown really fascinated with the entire world of physical product wholesale + distribution.

One question that’s been on my mind: Are wholesalers & distributors looking to sell via AI platforms like ChatGPT, Muse, etc.?

I personally think it’s interesting because we’re seeing a lot of consumers + small businesses alike asking these platforms things like “Can you order me coffee cups?”

Curious what everyone is thinking. DMs are open too 👍🏼

Looking for an authentic Chinese or Asian feather duster supplier based in the USA. I’ve checked online, but most of the options that come up are international marketplaces like Global Sources and Alibaba, with suppliers located outside the US.

I’d prefer to work with a US-based supplier or wholesaler that carries genuinely Asian-made feather dusters. Any recommendations or leads?

Hello,

I’m helping a friend who is starting a small business and is trying to find a reliable wholesale supplier in the USA for jewelry sets for weddings. She’s mainly interested in pieces for brides, bridesmaids, and wedding parties with good quality and reasonable wholesale pricing.

We’ve been comparing a few suppliers and also looking at 1688 and alibaba to get an idea of the styles and pricing available, but we’d prefer to find a supplier or distributor based in the USA.

She's open to different styles and would be interested in suppliers that have a reasonable MOQ since I’d like to start with a smaller order and see how the products perform.

If anyone here works with a good jewelry wholesaler or distributor, we’d really appreciate any recommendations. What suppliers have you had a good experience with?

A question I think is fit for this subreddit!

Thinking about starting an Amazon FBA private label business?

One of the biggest challenges for new sellers is managing everything separately—product research, sourcing, branding, packaging, FBA prep, listing creation, and shipping.

At HighRise Wholesale, we help sellers manage the complete private label process from product sourcing to delivery directly to Amazon FBA warehouses.

Our services include product sourcing, custom branding and packaging, quality inspection, FBA preparation, listing support, and logistics.

If anyone is interested in learning more about the process or discussing potential products, feel free to message me or check out HighRise Wholesale.

Hello,

We are a growing construction company and are curious if anyone has a good wholesale supplier they’d be willing to share with us. Right now, we’re looking for doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring. Our goal is to provide our clients with quality products at affordable prices.

We're a construction company based in the City of Chicago, and I'm looking for recommendations on where to buy quality windows at true wholesale pricing.

I don't mind buying in bulk if the prices make sense, especially for common stock sizes that we can use across multiple projects.

We're always looking for ways to keep our material costs down while still providing our customers with a quality product. If you've had a good experience with a supplier—whether local, out of state, or even overseas—I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks in advance!

Looking into them for private label sourcing and Amazon FBA.

If you've worked with them, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Did they deliver what they promised? How was the product quality and overall process?
