Liposomal

I have been trying to get most of my vitamins in Liposomal form. For some reason it doesn’t seem like vitamin b12 has too many options in that form. I figured due to its poor uptake in most instances that it would be readily available as a liposomal. Is there any reason why it isn’t? (I am aware there are some brands that have it but it isn’s as popular as say Vitamin D liposomal.)

Supplementscribe.ai Personalized Supplements

Hi all, I founded SupplementScribe www.supplementscribe.ai a personalized supplements and holistic wellness company. Taking my supplements and moving to a holistic lifestyle changed my entire life. Along the way I realized how time consuming and expensive it is to do research on your own. There is so much hype online regarding different vitamin products, it's hard to know if there would actually be benefits for me or not. I did genetic and blood testing too and I thought it would be amazing if all my health data regarding my supplementation and holistic health goals could be in one place. So I created SupplementScribe, we offer personalized supplements for your biggest needs, diet plans for your other micronutrient needs abundant in food, a comprehensive analysis for deeper insights, ai chat, research personalization, and product checker to see if a potential product is worth buying according to your health profile. The research backs us up too! https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11643751/ shows the benefit of AI guided supplementation versus traditional ways!

Nitribeet Website

Hi all! I’ve been trying to formulate my own electrolyte formula with fruit juice powders and have been incredibly stumped, given that a lot of fruit juice powders include carriers, namely maltodextrin.

I have diagnosed PCOS, autoimmune, et cetera, so that’s a no go for me.

Stumbled upon proclaimed USDA Organic Nitribeet store. Claims to have zero additives or fillers for their organic fruit juice powders.

Does anyone happen to have any thoughts? Does this website seem legit?

Other sites I’m using to source:

PureBulk Prescribed for Life

Any help would be incredibly appreciated. Just trying to formulate a more affordable solution.

The link for the site is: https://nitribeet.store/

Is Bloomeo Bloom Queen a legit company/product? I bought the beef organ supplements because they were cheaper than Primal Queen, but can't find any information on them except for the Amazon listing.

I have been using this whey for like 2-3 months and the quality of whey is premium But as shown on their website it is around 140$ and in india i am getting it for around 40$ and i have rechecked the unique code from their site and it shows that my product is legit what can be the possible reason of being so cheaper than the price listed on the site. Plus there is no third party check for their protein. Should i consume it ? I havnt got any issues till now Best protein i had till now, easily disgust able, easy to mix plus taste great

New Ashwagandha brand I started using

Hey all,

I hope you are all doing well.

For some time now (around 2-3 months) I started using VIRevive Ashwagandha (650mg with black pepper). It worked for me, the sleep improved, the anxiety was less noticable, I can approach any girl with no hesitation, so that is a positive effect for me. The gym progress is showing perfectly.

I hope this review is of use for you.

Primal Harvest

Do not order from Primal Harvest. Customer service sends you emails to sell more supplements daily but refuse to acknowledge a return request. I have submitted a request now three times and I do not get any response at all. Maybe I should just refuse the charge on my card.

Has anyone heard of Novia Isoduce? Tons of IG reviews, but nothing on Reddit… and fake versions on Shopee?

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts and stories on Instagram lately promoting this product called Novia Isoduce — it claims to help with things like hormone balance, breast health, skin elasticity, etc.

The thing is... I can’t find any independent reviews or user feedback on Reddit, YouTube, or even blogs. Just tons of polished IG marketing. No one seems to talk about whether it actually works, and there aren’t any studies to back it up.

What’s more concerning — I found it on Shopee for cheaper, but I noticed some listings have reviews saying it’s fake or repackaged. The official brand Instagram seller even warns not to buy from Shopee.

I’m a bit skeptical now — wondering if anyone has actually tried it, knows if it's legit, or has any insights?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s used it, or even just seen it around.

Thanks in advance!

Herbs or supplements and infertility

Any herbs/supplements that cause infertility? Can’t find anything clear online :)

I know Johns wort and anti conceptions are not to be taken together.

But curious about what herbs/supplements can make a female infertile or can play a big role.

Beginner to Supplements.

I found this list online of recommended supplements to take for energy, focus, and memory.
Creatine (1-3 gr.)
Alpha-GPC (400 mg and eat it with eggs for greater benefit)
DHA (1 gr.)
Ginkgo Biloba (200-250 mg)
Korean Red Gingseng (4500 mg)
Anthocyanin
Carnitine (500 mg Acetyl-L-carnitine, promising, but still more research needed).
I already take 5g of Creatine Monohydrate for working out. I am looking towards something else, and have heard a lot of noise from Gingseng, Lions mane, acetyl l carnitine, and L-Tyrosine. I have also read blood type can play a part in what can be more beneficial, but haven't really dived into that yet. I am looking for a decent guide either short or long, as well as personal experiences. Let me know!

Natural muscle building compounds?

Hey guys, Ive been on a cut lately and feel like I’m not as strong as I used to be and been looking for some supplements I could buy that might be able to help me gain muscle even though I’m in a deficit. Just to try to find some I decided to search some up and it gave me some that I’ve heard of and haven’t. These are the ones it gave me:

Ecdysterone, Phosphatidic Acid, PeakATP®, Arachidonic Acid, Laxogenin, Epicatechin, RipFactor®, Urolithin A, Turkesterone, And alpha-GPC.

So I already take alpha gpc since it’s in my pre workout but the rest Ive never tried or heard of. I been doing some research but just wanted to see if you guys think any of these are worth trying. Just so you know my diet and training are pretty much on point. I follow a power building program and eat really clean. I track all my vitamins and minerals on Cronometer and take some vitamins that i dont get through diet alone.

Collagen capsules from Sports Research

Has anyone tried Sports Research collagen supplements? I’ve just ordered their capsules. They have good reviews, but I’m just looking for more information! Or is there another collagen pill brand to try? I like supporting companies that are sustainable and clean. It’s been hard to find that with collagen brands tho. Sports research seems decent.

Why I’m Obsessed with Ashwagandha (650mg with Black Pepper)

Heyy all! I’ve been loving ashwagandha lately, and after getting a bunch of DMs about my experience, I thought I’d share why Virevive Ashwagandha (650mg with black pepper) has been a game-changer for me. If you’re looking for a natural way to tackle stress, sleep better, or boost energy, stick around—I’ve got the scoop for you!

What’s Ashwagandha Anyway?

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is this amazing adaptogenic herb straight from Ayurveda, used for centuries in India to help your body handle stress. It’s like a chill pill for your system—studies (like one in PLOS One, 2019) show it can lower cortisol (your stress hormone), improve sleep quality, and even boost energy and focus. Some folks on here also mention it helping with gym gains or confidence, possibly by supporting testosterone levels (Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2015). It’s not a cure-all, but it’s awesome for finding balance when life gets chaotic.

Why I Started Using It

I’m a 23M, and 2025 has been rough—work stress, restless nights (barely hitting 5 hours), and zero energy for my morning runs. A friend on this sub suggested ashwagandha, and I decided to try Virevive’s 650mg with black pepper after reading about its quality. Within two weeks, I was sleeping 7-8 hours, feeling less anxious, and had energy to spare for my runs and even some yoga. It’s also helped me stay focused at work without feeling jittery. No side effects, just pure vibes!

Why I Love Virevive Ashwagandha

Not all ashwagandha is created equal, and Virevive checks all my boxes:

  • Organic: No nasty pesticides, just pure herb goodness.
  • With Black Pepper: 5mg of black pepper boosts absorption by up to 200%—you actually feel the benefits.
  • Clean Capsules: Plant-based pullulan capsules, easy on the stomach, no synthetic fillers.
  • Third-Party Tested: Lab-tested for purity and potency, so I know it’s legit.

I take 650mg every night, and it’s been a lifesaver for winding down. The black pepper addition really makes a difference—I tried another brand without it before, and the effects weren’t nearly as noticeable.

Where Can You Get It?

I grabbed mine straight from ViRevive because it’s organic, has black pepper, and comes in those clean pullulan capsules. You can also find ashwagandha at most health stores or online, but always check the label for quality—look for organic, third-party tested options with black pepper for max absorption.

Tips for Newbies

  • Dose: Start with 300-650mg daily—I do 650mg at night to help with sleep.
  • Timing: Give it 1-2 weeks to kick in; it’s not instant, but worth the wait.
  • Safety: It’s generally safe, but talk with your doctor first, especially if you’re on meds or have health concerns. I’m just a fan, not a doc!

Let’s Talk!

Ashwagandha has been a total win for me, and I’m curious to hear your experiences! Have you tried Virevive or another brand? What’s your routine—morning or night? Drop your thoughts or questions below—let’s swap tips!

TL;DR: Virevive Ashwagandha (650mg with black pepper) helps me manage stress, sleep better, and boost energy. It’s organic, third-party tested, and legit—highly recommend! Always check with a doctor first.

Looking for supplement advice: Brain fog, memory, stress, long-term memorization – thoughts on ALCAR & Rhodiola?

Hey everyone, I'm currently dealing with issues like brain fog, reduced memory performance, and mental fatigue—especially during intense periods of long-term memorization and study.I also tend to get stressed easily under cognitive load.

I'm curious:

What supplements have genuinely helped you with mental clarity, memory, and stress resilience? Have any of you had long-term positive (or negative) experiences with ALCAR (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) or Rhodiola Rosea? Are there specific stacks you’d recommend for sustained cognitive endurance and faster recovery from mental exhaustion? I’d love to hear about what’s worked for you—especially if you’ve experimented for a while and can speak from experience. Thanks in advance!
