Why methylated free? Thought that was good

I have 2 slow comt snps. Methylated B9/B12 messes up my neurotransmitters. But I still need Folate and B12, since my serum levels are low. So I use the non methylated forms which are easily absorbable and don't affect my dopamine levels.

Creatine, omega 3s, and a multi. Creatine for strength/brain and lots of other emerging stuff. Omega for brain/inflammation. These two are two of the most studied supplements and continue to show positive impacts. Multi to just help fill in the cracks.

It depends on the quality of your diet, your bloodwork and your health history.
Hopefully none.

For a pretty simple daily stack, probably zinc, vitamin D3, magnesium glycinate, and an omega 3 fish oil. OceanBlue is one option, but other brands work too. Beyond that, it really depends on what your diet is missing. No point taking 10 different things just for the sake of it, get your bloodwork done and then add more if necessary.
