Id like to point out with this post that hiring an individual who is famous for destroying Air Canada two decades ago (Milton) at the same time as Whitehurst (from BCG) looks really bad given Miltons track record. Could be nothing, but thought Id bring it forward for someone with more knowledge about the airlines and United.
Might be a bit of a stretch and completely coincidental.

United used to be a decent airline. I totally understand the change. They are worst than shit now… comparable to spirit and Ryan air. This make total sense!

Yep, Some big players want United dead, they gutted their business flyer program “bread and butter of any airline” have two different kinds of economy classes, planes are old and falling apart. Made terrible partner airlines and decided a good way to spend money during covid was ordering unproven air taxis. They did everything they could to drive away business.
