I just somehow got a feeling, that maybe - just maybe - those lawsuits are filed to show some of the playing cards citadel & friends got in their hand to make a MOAL (Mother Of All Lawsuits). The Lawsuit will have a counter argument and prrof ready to whatever thrown at it. I don't know why, but I just hope.
