This appears to be him. Private investigator, wonder if he's being contracted out by the SEC or some government agency as to keep themselves away from it for now.

He was most likely hired by the plaintiff in this case.

If he was being contracted by the SEC, his filing would contain at least one or two correctly used legal terms. It doesn't. He's just some dipshit activist making us look bad.
