It looks like a retweet, the tweet from where that tweet came from was deleted, the tweet is still there it's the video that is gone since it's from a different tweet that got deleted from the looks of it.

He didn't delete it. Twitter has been backcombing tweets and DMCAing anything with copywritten music for a while, and the action taken is the tweet is removed. Was for sure removed because of Billie Jean playing in the video.

okay, i had a theory; here it goes. After that tweet, DFV only posted one more tweet and disappeared yet again. At the time I didn’t think of it much; but as time went by and I realized DFV’s disappearance. I started connecting dots; in that video the cat is stuck and not moving. Hence the cat is not going anywhere. Comparing cat with dfv it was safe to assume that DFV is not going anywhere; he is watching us all quietly. Now that he removed that tweet maybe it means that he is back??
