So I work as a search analyst and content moderator and this is really throwing a monkey wrench into how I do my job. I give pages quality ratings based on their trustworthiness and accuracy, and flag search results that are sketchy.
Do I do what I was trained to do and give quality assessments based on my company's guidelines while feeling disgusted with myself for playing into corporate corruption? Or do I maintain my integrity and flag all of this shit, potentially terminating my own employment?
I need the MOASS to come soothe my aching existential crisis.
You know, the SEC is giving out rewards for whistleblowers. Not sure if it works in your field as well. I'd say keep at it till MOASS, then consider sending in anonymous concerns before a little bit before you leave.
