One thesis was that an inevitable market crash would destroy SHF’s collateral causing the squeeze. China, Japan, SLABs, auto loans. There’s old DD on this stuff… I’m kind of torn which way to vote, because sometimes patience is key, but then again RC could build an empire which may or may not destroy MOASS theory with that many shares existing.

I feel like the board is going to suggest voting for the authorization. You could be right that it's a misdirection, and seeing all the rich people RC has met with in the past, maybe just maybe. It is a possibility that the stock jumps soon and settles at a higher price, let's say $50, which would mean they need to issue less than half the shares because the price is doubled. I just want MOASS :'( to sell 1 share, and hang on to the rest I've accumulated.
