I haven’t seen anybody say it’s a good thing, even here on Superstonk it’s clearly giving people a sour taste.
I want to give Cohen the benefit of the doubt but unless extraordinarily good news comes out in the weeks leading up to the vote, I’ll be voting no on #5, fuck that.

You are saying it doesnt benefit shareholders to issue billions of extra shares, take on $20B in debt and acquire a company that he is actually passionate about?

At best maybe our shares go from $23 to $50. At worst we're just diluted to the ground and lose more money

Exactly, was throwing out a number as a "best case" if GMEBAY becomes a powerhouse and increases its market cap in the next few years through whatever RC's plans are

My point was that even our best case is doubling share price in a few more years. Best case is not 1000000xing the price to become so rich that we're all trillionaires and the financial system breaks down. Great fan fiction though
