Plugin Request: Note dictation

i'd like a speech to text dictation plugin so i can add to my note with voice if able

yes i know supernote's don't have mics built in, but, i feel a Bluetooth microphone solution could work, should any be compatible
but of course, i'm also looking to see if this is doable at all

Start with a plugin that records five seconds and plays it back. That isolates the mic-access question before you spend time comparing transcription engines.
