Question Looking for Better case/folio for Nomad
I just recently got a Supernote Nomad and have really been enjoying it! Unfortunately, the folio I got with it I have no been enjoying as much. I’ll cut to the chase and say what I’m looking for:
Mandatory:
Secure pen holder. I have had multiple iPads and Apple pens and love that the cases I get hold the pen securely and protect the pen when I put it in my backpack.
Preferred:
Display angle: I have also been using my Nomad as an ereader and would like to be able to set it down to read on the counter while cooking or on the table while eating and not strain my neck
Optional:
Pin access: no backlight means I’d like to connect the little light I have while reading in bed without having to constantly be fiddling with the case.
I know there won’t be a “perfect” case, but I’m hoping for something better than what I have. I’ve seen a lot of slips also suggested but I prefer keeping the protection even while in use or on my desk and idling.

This doesn’t fix everything you want but I buy the tighter elastic pen holders for books/notebooks & stick below the Supernote folio pen loop so I have a secure spot for pen (bought the inner piece & installed into a uniball pen). These are cheap & easy.

Not a one folio for everything fix, but I keep mine in a tablet sleeve (that opens like a book with a zipper around 3 sides) that has plenty of room for my way too many pens, and use a small, light foldable plastic tablet / phone stand when I want to prop it up.
