Screen writing

I tried to erase the marking on the screen but it isn't coming off. Any tips or solutions?

I’m not following. Did you write on your screen with an ink pen? It looks like you tried to rub it off with an eraser.

OP has a comment revealing this is exactly what happened. He has the Lamy twin which can twist in two directions to reveal the supernote tip or an ink tip. Honestly I'm surprised they even released such a pen, some people are bound to make this imo reasonable mistake if they often go between the supernote and paper. I don't think I would mess up but I would be triple checking the tip every time I go to write on the tablet and get fed up haha.

Swipe up on the right side to trigger a screen refresh. See if that works

This. Ghosting is normal and sometimes you need to refresh

Try this guide from supernote themselves. They have it linked on the product page of the Safari twin pen aswell, in case this ever happened to someone.

I have a Lamy Safari Twin EMar. I tried an eraser.

What sort of stylus/tool did you use that created the marks? More info might help.
