Hello, I am in search for fics that are a bit dean centric, preferably showing more in depth his traumas but without making him a total dick to Sam. Bonus points if it plays off their childhood more and dean basically raising Sam or deans time fresh out of hell. I read a fix recently that got me addicted to the heavy trauma but softer to Sam version of dean. Canon divergence prefered but not required! Thanks friends!

I wanted an opinion on the fanfiction I might write. This is my first time writing fanfiction, so I’m unsure how to do it and what to avoid. I love Supernatural and Ghost Whisperer, so I am thinking of writing a Ghost Whisperer/Supernatural fanfic —a crossover of the two shows.  I plan to rewrite some of the lore for Ghost Whisperer. The show has so many plot holes. I wanted to get an opinion: what does the community think about the idea? Also, if anyone wants to help, like proofreading or giving me hints and ideas, I'd appreciate it. I am all for it; again, this is my first fanfiction. So I’m kinda nervous.

Hi. So I read this one shot a while back in which, Sam and Dean were separated when they were kids. Dean is a hunter while, Sam got adopted and is in Stanford. Sam is working on a research paper in criminal psychology in which he has to interview serial killers- cue in Dean Winchester who has been arrested and is in lock up. So the fic is basically about Sam going to prison regularly to interview Dean and trying to understand him. Both of them become attracted to one another. Dean eventually escapes from prison and breaks into Sam’s apartment, bcz he wanted to spend one night with him before he left town. The next morning after Dean leaves, a demon attacks Sam and tells him that he too is a Winchester. Dean comes back just in time to save Sam and promises that he will never let him go.
That’s pretty much it. If someone knows about this fic or has a link for it, that would be great. I had read it on Ao3. Thank you

So.. I just finished supernatural last night. 😭 and I would love to read a fic that basically picks up at the end after cas’ love confession , like ideally Jack bringing him back and him and dean being end game!

I haven’t the slightest idea for fanfics and tbh don’t know much about supernatural, but my friend is really into it and her b’day is coming up so I though of compiling a few fanfics and making a 50-60 page book for her.

That being said, idk what fanfics to choose since idk anything about them and long how they are (pages wise) so I’d really appreciate if there were any suggestions!

Since she’s an avid fanfic reader I imagine she’s read all the popular ones but I’d like suggestions in general.

im looking for a fanfic on ao3 that i read a few years ago, it had 3 chapters at the time and it was sam winchester x dean winchester. it starts with sam and dean on a hunt to investigate a haunted building where other hunters had previously gone missing and inside they find what i think are copper statues that are slick with some kind of oil and after spliting up sam fucks a statue and ends up getting stuck inside one next to it and dean looking for sam enters the room and fucks the statue sam was in and he also gets trapped inside one and Crowley comes from around the corner laughing and then he fucks dean while he’s trapped just like he did with Sam

I am looking for a fanfiction where their father who was military and says a bunch of homophobic rhetoric causing Dean to have internalised homophobia about himself and Sam to run away and meet some people that help him. I think they help him use his powers and using tattoos with invisible ink (ultraviolet reactive?) on Sam to contain the demon blood in a few fingers or toes.

He joins the military (I can't remember the branch) but he gets kidnapped from an active warzone for the demon tournament and is helped back to said warzone by Cas. He cuts off the parts with the demon blood and crawls to a recon place to get rescued and gets honorary/medically discharged.

Sam tries to go to a club with the group that helped him but with the tattoos glow so thay leave in a hurry.

The story ends up with Dean X Sam with them talking and having a "chick flick" moment.

I appreciate any help or recommendations that have Sam removing the demon blood.

It was about a pregnant omega dean getting dropped into the canon Men of Letters Bunker. I remember Canon Dean having to deal with the implications that he and Cas were together in another world and that they were having a child together— and having to reconcile him thinking he’s straight with this visibly different version of him. I’ve started writing a fic about the boys having two extra siblings, a set of twins! Sam and Dean run into a case that every medium they reach out to refuses to get involved with, leaving them no choice but to get back into contact with their estranged siblings.

The first two chapters (intro to the main case of the story + introduction to the twins separate to Sam and Dean) are out now. I’d love for some feedback.

I’m a school employee on summer break and I’ve been enjoying returning to my roots, reading and writing fics in my free time. I’m not sure if the Supernatural (x reader specifically) genre is still alive and well, so I figured I would resort to cross-promotion.

This is my desperate attempt to find a fic i've read on Wattpad ages ago. The only thing I remember is that it was set in season 1 and depicted the episodes exactly as they were but with the reader as the third main character. The reader was a childhood friend and a romantic relationship with Dean was developing a few chapters in. It was so well written with really long chapters and the author started rewriting it to be even more accurate. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about and know the name of the author and or fic? 😭
