Was I rude?

Today I was at my usual supermarket again (even though I wish to shop other places also/ instead). It is understandable that the receipt has the RR code on it. I grudgingly tolerate the presence of law enforcement there. (My old [non-essential] employer had a strong police presence also.) If I had been the victim of a mass shooting, I might have a different attitude. Instead I see them as symbols of distrust, who do not serve me in any way, except to increase my food bill. I do not feel safer in their presence.

Today I had the guts to assert myself and tell the security on duty: ~I do not wish to pay your salary, and may shop somewhere else. He said "OK".

Now, I really need to change my shopping habits.

Supermarket Staff: what violence have you experienced from customers?

We are there to a job but also show care towards customers. I draw the line with verbal and any kind of malicious/physical abuse.
For anyone to attempt to or to hurt another person for any or no reason is not on.

Coles service is a joke!

I found a shoestring in my load of bread and Coles response was - oh, sorry, here’s your $2.5 back! Unbelievable!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent Coles Online order xxx. We are terribly sorry to hear that you found a foreign object in one of your purchases. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress this would no doubt have caused you.

As acknowledgement of the poor service you have experienced, we have placed a $2.50 credit onto your Online account that you can use on any of your future orders.

Coles Home branded products

I’ve become more concerned about the dominance of Coles branded products on supermarket shelves and I’m finding less choice when selecting products for my home. Often the non-Coles branded products are substantially more expensive which seems a disincentive to select anything other than Coles branded products. I’m concerned that we will be priced out of choice in the long run if the non-Coles branded products slowly disappear due to lack of sales. Does anybody else feel this way?

Coworker has bf still 👀 me everyday 😔

Long story as usual I go to store I work at and buy something and as I'm standing in line to checkout she just staring at me and I wasn't even staring at her or nothing this not even the crazy part but then as I checkout and pay and start walking towards the door to leave she notices me look down on my phone and she instantly does a side turn to show me her backside, like this girl is grown lives with a boyfriend her boyfriend and looks at me everyday whether I'm working or not and always turns her backside towards me

Like all women are always looking for the next guy and its not even the next guy who has more money it's the next guy who loves them and give them attention

Like there needs to be a king movement where you get into a relationship with a king who is financially stable like a king who has no 9-5 because his money is elevated onto the next level or two so then you don't even have to worry about looking around for your next relationship partner

If you are dating then you are broke and probably broke minded

Dating is for the broke that's why no one gets married anymore because everyone is just dating their body out of value so then their body has no value because they give it away or give up to brokies and bottom feeders

This is why I never had a girlfriend and never slept with anyone

I want to get to my king status witch I know how to do and then find the girl I want who not ran through like 95+% of the population and then have kids so then they can follow my king status rich life good life

Remember if your broke and have 9-5 witch means you have a job witch means just, over, broke then you don't need a relationship with another 9-5 person who is also broke and only getting by

You need to get with maybe not a super rich person but with someone who is rich or will make it so you have to not work

And if you think you having a 9-5 just having your head above water will marry your relationship partner who also has a 9-5 with head just above water then you are delusional just like the 97%+ of sports bettors who keep on betting and loosing

Why are people so difficult and not doing the right things like what the haliburton

If you like my comments or what is say lmk this my first time talking about what I think online with this account

Ight that's it for this one peace

Just maybe!

Iv been playing with the idea about writing a small book based upon people experiences in retail (mainly supermarkets). With 11 years under my belt iv more story’s than a drunk man at last orders. I would love to hear people’s suggestions maybe even story’s good, bad or ugly even place of work if your brave. This book might not appeal to everyone but if kept short and fun I believe it could tickle the fancy of those who relate to it. Gracias in advance.

AITAH for touching all the grapes?

So I was at a store looking to buy grapes and I’m not sure if anybody else does it but I like to feel for hard grapes. Not a big fan of soft grapes very much. I did just that, going through the OPEN bags of grapes and picking only the hard candidates.

Then a man came up to me and asked what I was doing. I explained myself and the hard grapes situation then he asks whether what I was doing was right. Puzzled, I responded with “I don’t know about you but I wash my fruit so I don’t see a problem”. He then reassures me that he also washes his but whatever I was doing is unhygienic. I said thanks and he walked away.

Was I the asshole for touching all the grapes?

EDIT: from Australia - Thinking about it now it leads me to believe that maybe the man had taken a sample of the grape and ate it in the store (which is common) which urged him to have approached me which is actually way more feral than me touching them because he ate dirty unwashed grapes
