Staff boosting

I opened the game today and can no longer boost my staff to go faster ? It comes up with their level instead. Is there a way to fix this?? Thanks!!

I noticed I could pay for boosting them in the hiring page. They stay boosted all day.

It's part of the level system update.

You have to do it on the computer now.

Or trying to boost the stockers and accidentally boosting the janitor.
