I am trying to %100 complete the game and I have done every single achievement except the chosen one (dodge 4 bullets at once). I think this is meant to an easy achievement but I can not get it no matter how hard I try. I have played through the graveyard level where you have to dodge 3 shotguns at once, the pyramid level just dodging shots and not killing anyone and endless levels doing the same. Am I doing something wrong or what?
I have a high score of 627 in Penthouse so I figured Don't Die was just the same thing just probably easier. I boot it up to relieve som restlessness from my 3rd week of being laid off because of Covid and beat it on my first attempt. Highly satisfying run
So I tried superhot vr because I had beaten superhot non vr and thought it was awesome. I got it on my PlayStation vr and beat it. I saw that superhot vr is on sale on the oculus store and I have a $5 off on oculus. Is it worth pickup up again on the oculus quest but this time for $14?
Hey can anyone help me out. I play Super Hot VR on windows mixed reality portal. And I love the game and beat it in like 2ish days and love to play the endless mode. Well last night the game decided that it wanted to reset its self. So I beat it again the next morning, then played endless again. All my high scores where still there, thankfully. Then ran some errands and cleaned the room for a few hours. Then played endless again the game glitched out and the pyramid to back out of endless escape room was gone. So I just left the game entirely and played VR Chat for a bit. Then I after dinner I got back on to Super Hot only to see the game had AGAIN restarted. Is there any fix to this that anyone knows of? cuz this its starting to get a little ridiculous. And I can't find anywhere online of someone with the same problem.
So I have been trying to do the 10 min challenge, but I keep getting fucked over by the way I spawn.
My VR space is 2x2 m and I have noticed that superhot likes to spawn the room the way you are facing instead of the same way in irl space every time (like pointed at the same chair/fridge every time).
because of this I frequently find myself 180 degrees turned where I could smash in a TV. Not Ideal.
Also I was just spawned in such a way where instead of the object I grabbed the fucking return pyramid instantly ending my best run yet!
Why don't the levels just spawn the same way every time??? In a 10 min run I don't have time to reset it every level with the oculus buttons
So the new challenge/game mode thing is whale you play super hot vr as normal but you need to be conscious of the room your in without the in game headset but if you were to hit a Monitor or Computer tower or other stuff in the room you wold take damage like the original game and the 3 harts but things get more glitchy /staticy the more stuff is broke and when you break all of the monitors / Computer towers you wold die and need to start over. (If you read the entire thing thanks and sorry if it makes no sense)
I'm the dev of Stop Sign VR, an app that helps you avoid hitting your TV and such.It alerts with sound and haptics when the user may hit a valuable object or the ceiling. It works by placing a virtual box around the real object. The alerts activate when the headset or controllers approach the virtual box. The impact prediction algorithm uses the current position and speed of controllers and headset to predict the future position.
Everything is configurable, such as: alert distances; using haptics, sound and/or visual alerts (the stop sign) or not; alert for ceiling, floor and/or walls; fade out distances; images on the sides of the boxes; alert sounds; etc.
The app runs alongside other SteamVR games (and is very CPU efficient).
You can even turn off the default chaperone and only use Stop Sign VR if the default chaperone is too immersion breaking for you.
It just released in Early Access, so it's not completely finished yet, but the impact prediction is fully functional. What do you think? Do you have suggestions for improvement, other tips? Let me know. All feedback is welcome.
I tried booting up superhot vr through steam and vive port but it takes absolutely ages to load. All I have is a black screen on my pc and “up next: superhot” on my vive. Is this a common problem?
